R.B. FITTINGS HAS BEEN DEDICATED TO PROVIDE TOP QUALITY AND SERVICE SINCE 1991.

R.B. Fittings is an excellent provider of quality forged steel flanges. We manufacture to a variety of industry standards including ASME, AWWA, ANSI, Non Code Industrial Pipe Flanges and Large OD Flanges in a wide range of alloys. We also carry an extensive variety of butt-weld fittings and flanges in stock for the petrochemical, pipeline, shipyard, oil and gas production facilities.

R.B. Fittings has been dedicated to provide premium quality and service since 1991 when it was first acquired by our CEO, Rene Batres. What first started as a small family owned company, R.B. Fittings has grown into a diverse facility with the capability to produce flanges from ½” to 120” diameter and Concentric Reducers of ½” to 24”.

Flanges

We stock domestic and import flanges. We are capable of machining flanges 1/2” to 120” in outside diameter. We can also machine any type of flange per customer’s specifications.

Fittings

R.B. Fittings offers a full line of forged pressure fittings in 3000#, 6000# and 9000# in threaded and socket weld. This includes 90° elbow, 45° elbows, tees, crosses, inserts, plugs, and street elbows.

R.B Fittings & Flanges are dedicated to work with you at create custom fittings to fit your needs. We specialize in custom made ASME / ANSI flanges for the Petrochemical, Process, Oil & Gas, Pipeline and Refining Industries.

We carry a variety of pipes in different types of materials, sizes, and grades. Most available in domestic and import. All of our inventory comes in SA-105, WPB-234, A350-LF2, PIPE 106B, SS304, and SS316.

Concentric

Reducers

R.B. Fittings stock concentric reducers domestic and import in all recognized industry standard. We are capable of machining concentric reducers ½” to 24” in outside diameter. We produce reducers in several schedules: standard wall, extra heavy, sch 160 and double extra heavy.
